Whenever he's on the air, people automatically think of the Godfather of Soul.
He somehow got suckered into hosting Fox's 'America's Funniest Home Videos' rip-off, 'The World's Funniest!'
Another forgettable gig: host of 'The 1996 Fox Rock 'N Roll Skating Championships.'
Why he might not be annoying
Given his resume, he certainly can multi-task.
His voice is on the 'Madden NFL 97' video game.
He was also a correspondent on 'Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel.'
When he was hosting 'Fox NFL Sunday,' he always seemed to know how to keep Terry Bradshaw in line.
