Why she might not be annoying
Hull House provided the indigent with health care, legal advice, and child care. It also provided vocational training and English classes for immigrants.
She played a pivotal role in campaigning for many social reforms, including child labor laws, factory safety laws, and universal education for children.
Few people in the history of the world have done so much work for the rights of so many.
She helped found the ACLU, NAACP, and many other organizations.
She fought for women's suffrage.
